As a Corporate Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to our corporate clients on immigration matters. This includes assisting with employment based visa petitions and a wide gamut of related matters. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to help them navigate the complexities of immigration law. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate immigration law, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their immigration goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel to corporate clients on immigration matters

- Prepare and file visa applications and petitions

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

- Admission to the state bar or pending admission (for Law Clerk position to transition to Attorney post-bar)

- Experience in corporate immigration law

- Strong research and analytical skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
