Texas Tech University School of Law invites applications for a full-time, 9-month tenure-track Professor of Law position in the areas of wills & trusts and property to begin in Fall 2026. The position is open to both entry-level candidates and candidates who are on the tenure-track or tenured at another school. Candidates who satisfy Texas Tech University’s requirements to be hired with tenure will also be considered for the Governor Preston E. Smith Regents Professorship.
