Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an attorney to join its labor and employment team as a non-partnership track salaried attorney in its Boston office. An attorney in this position will be benefits-eligible and will generally have an expected billable hour goal of 1400-1800 hours. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of employment litigation and counseling experience. A successful candidate will have extensive litigation experience; be capable of running and managing cases, communicating and negotiating with opposing counsel, arguing motions in court; have strong analytical, research and writing skills; and be comfortable advising clients directly and managing deadlines and case dockets. Experience with higher education and Title IX is a plus. Massachusetts bar membership is preferred but in any event required within one year of commencing employment.
