Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an attorney with at least 3 to 5 years (class of 2019 – class of 2021) of experience to join the Capital Markets team in a full-time, partnership-track associate position. Candidate should have experience in sophisticated corporate transactions and public company representation, with a focus on capital markets, in particular ’33 Act issuer side transactions and ’34 Act reporting, exchange listings and corporate governance. Prior experience with cross border transactions or foreign private issuer representation is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record and exceptional analytical and writing skills. This position can be filled in our New York, Dallas or Houston offices. Candidates licensed in the jurisdiction to which they are applying is preferred and in any event required within one year of joining the firm. At the time of posting, the expected salary range for this position is $260,000 to $365,000. Actual salary offers may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, education, training, skill sets, licensure and certification, practice area, experience, internal equity, and market data.
