Position Requirements Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in real estate construction matters. This position is transactional-focused however we are open to candidates with construction litigation experience. Experience in advising, negotiating, drafting, and enforcing contracts and agreements, including management, operation, lease, development, and construction agreements, is preferred.
