Holland & Hart's growing Real Estate, Construction and Finance Group is seeking associates to join its team!
We are looking for candidates who are team-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills. Multi-family housing transactions (3-5 years): Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of top tier law firm experience in transactions involving multifamily housing properties. Experience in LIHTC and affordable housing properties is a plus although not a requirement to be considered for this position.
Renewable energy transactions (3-6 years): Ideal candidates will have 3-6 years of top tier law firm experience in one or more of the following areas: real estate transactions for renewable energy projects, including negotiating site control agreements, title and survey review; supporting tax equity and debt transactions; commercial real estate and finance transactions, including acquisitions and sales, real estate finance, development, leasing, land use, and title.
Construction & Real Estate Litigation (4-6 years): Candidates should have 4-6 years of top tier law firm experience in construction contracts and litigation, real estate development & finance, dispute resolution including trial and appellate work, commercial construction projects, and government contracts.
Real Estate Associate (2-6 years): Multiple locations: Ideal candidates will have at least two years of top tier law firm experience in one or more of the following: commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, development, and leasing; title, land use, and rights of way; construction contracts; and loan documents. We are looking for someone who is team-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.
Real Estate Associate (3+ years): Billings, MT: Ideal candidates will have three or more years of top tier law firm experience in one or more of the following: commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, financing, development, and leasing; title, land use, conservation easements, and rights of way; construction contracts; and loan documents. We are looking for someone who is team-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills. Salary Range:
Holland & Hart’s compensation is merit-based. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for these positions (if based in Colorado): $200,000 - $220,000. A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance. Associates are also eligible for fee splits.
