Chernoff Vilhauer LLP, a boutique intellectual property law firm based in Portland, Oregon, seeks a USPTO licensed patent attorney with preferably at least three years of patent prosecution experience. Preferred candidates will also have a technical background in electrical engineering, fiber optic communications, and/or encryption/security.
