We are a growing female-led Utah-based divorce and family law firm looking for an Attorney with this same passion to join our team.

Responsibilities

Represent clients from beginning to close of case with responsibilities that include:

• Efficient and effective communication with clients, team members, and all parties involved
• Proficient drafting of motions, memoranda, and case pleadings
• Organized and detailed financial and other discovery efforts
• Handling mediation, court hearings and trials

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA)
• Active Utah state bar license or license from states with reciprocity
• 1+ years in family law or civil litigation ideal but not required
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
• A penchant for spreadsheets and a sense of humor both a plus

The firm offers a hybrid work model – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote. Recently relocated to a newly constructed office building, we offer a modern and spacious work environment.
