Beveridge & Diamond, P.C. seeks an experienced mid-level environmental transactions associate with three to six years of experience to join our firm in any of our seven offices. The ideal candidate must have experience with environmental provisions in transactional documents, including commodity and carbon offset provisions, and with documentation for renewable energy transactions, including solar leases and virtual power purchase agreements. Familiarity with carbon offset project development and related transactions is preferred. All candidates should have a strong academic background, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to manage projects and small teams.
