Lowenstein Sandler is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3+ years of corporate transactional experience to join our dynamic and growing Transactions and Advisory Group, focusing on its M&A and Private Equity practices.  The candidate should have top-tier experience in these practice areas and top academic credentials.  While this position will primarily involve representation of private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in negotiating, structuring, and documenting a variety of transactions, including control acquisitions, minority investments and dispositions of previously acquired companies or investments, experience representing both private equity and public company clients is a plus. Public M&A experience is desirable.  This position can be located in our NYC or Roseland, NJ o
