Lowenstein Sandler's Litigation Department is seeking an attorney to join the Insurance Recovery Group in our Roseland, NJ office.  Candidates should have at least 5 years of complex commercial litigation experience, with prior coverage experience.  This position will entail representing policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes, focusing on environmental, construction defect, mass tort, product liability, cyber, Reps and Warranty, Directors and Officers and Professional Liability claims.
