Mid-Level CERCLA Litigation Associate
Beveridge & Diamond, P.C. seeks a third-year mid-level litigation associate with CERCLA experience to join our firm at one of our seven offices.  The successful applicant will work on some of the most complex Superfund sites in the United States with top practitioners in the field.  The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge issues, such as the impact of emerging contaminants on Superfund sites.  We are looking for candidates with substantial experience in CERCLA and/or hazardous substance litigation, a clear interest in environmental law, a strong academic background, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
