The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years' experience in trademark law practice with either a corporation or a law firm, including but not limited to trademark clearance, availability, licensing, prosecution, portfolio management, enforcement and transactions.

Successful applicants should be high performers who can demonstrate superior communication skills; have excellent academic credentials; possess good interpersonal skills for communicating with attorneys and clients; be diligent and detail-oriented; and demonstrate an ability to work independently and productively.
