Holland & Hart’s innovative and rapidly growing trademark practice is seeking an associate with two to four years of trademark experience to join our trademark prosecution and enforcement team in our Boulder, Colorado office. The successful candidate should have experience with trademark searching, search review, domestic and international trademark prosecution. Experience in trademark enforcement, online enforcement, including drafting demand letters, notice and take-down requests, online marketplace monitoring, TTAB proceedings, and UDRP proceedings is a plus.
