The New York office of McGuireWoods seeks an associate to join its Real Estate & Land Use Department.
Our real estate and land use lawyers represent clients on nearly every facet of commercial real property development and finance, from formation of ownership entities through project planning, land acquisition, loan negotiation, leasing, management, sale, workout and foreclosure. We advise on the acquisition, financing, land use planning, zoning, construction, leasing and sale of real property.
Due to our experience gained around the world on various sides of real estate transactions, including on behalf of Fortune 500 companies, we offer clients a uniquely broad perspective that enables us to provide streamlined service. Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years of commercial real estate finance experience. Experience with lender representation a plus. Top academic credentials, drafting and communication skills required. NY bar license is required.
