Years of Experience: Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an attorney to join its highly ranked nationally recognized Environmental Law practice group as a non-partnership track salaried staff attorney in our Washington, DC office. An attorney in this position will be benefits eligible and will generally have an expected billable hour goal of between 1500 – 1800 hours. Applicants should have up to three years of experience in environmental law, with particular emphasis on air, water, and/or waste regulatory compliance, permitting and enforcement matters. Prior agency experience is a plus. A successful candidate will have strong analytical, research, and writing skills. DC bar membership is required within one year of hiring.
