Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an experienced attorney to join its Capital Markets group as an off-track associate in our Richmond office. An attorney in this position will be benefits eligible and will generally have an expected billable hour goal of approximately 1200 hours. Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in capital markets transactions and securities filings. Responsibilities will include securities filing review, research and drafting, assisting with closings of securities offerings, and assisting with the preparation of thought leadership materials, such as articles and presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, excellent analytical and writing skills, and be a true team player. Virginia bar membership is required.
